This is a step-by-step guide on how to create a single day absence with two absence reasons and one substitute.
1. Navigate to Jobs > Post Job. Select the Employee and Job Classification, then click Next.
2. Select the Job Date, then enter the first Job Reason and its Schedule and Position. Click Add Segment.
3. Select the Site.
4. Enter the second Job Reason and its Schedule and Position, then click Next.
5. Choose the Substitute Configuration and click Next.
6. Enter Job Notes and Add Attachments as needed. Click Next.
7. Review and click Post Job.
