This is a step-by-step guide on how to create new approval chains for a single employee, which will allow you to specify approval processes for different absence reasons.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users. Search or select the employee.
2.Click Settings > Approvals > Add Approval Chain.
3. Enter an Approval Chain Name and select the Job Reasons this chain will impact. Set the Approval Chain Step Mode. For a two step approval, click Add Step.
