This is a step-by-step guide showing how to reset a password.
Note: Any time an individual user is activated for the first time, they will receive a welcome email from Absence & Substitute with a username and a temporary password. This password expires after 3 days of being sent.
1. Navigate to Browse Users.
2. Click Reset Password.
Note: If the user has never logged in, Reset Password will instead show Resend Welcome Email.
